The Sussex 4x4 Approach

Arriving at the Workshop
 
The workshop is gated and kept locked at all times for the security of our clients' cars.
 
Upon arrival, please phone the office and a staff member will promptly open the entrance gate so you can drive over to the workshop.
 
You will then receive a warm and professional greeting from one of our team members. We will discuss your vehicle's current requirements with you and fill out a work schedule sheet to record the specifics of the mechanical work you would like us to perform.

Options available for getting your Vehicle to the workshop:

  • Many customers have a friend or family member follow them to our workshop to pick them up after dropping off or collecting their vehicle.

  • You can contact a local taxi operator to arrange pickup or drop-off at a pre-agreed time. We have good mobile reception if you need to call a taxi when departing.

  • If those options are not convenient, we can send an insured employee to collect your vehicle within 20 miles of BN13 3UL and return it upon completion – this will incur a service charge based on time and mileage.

  • In the unfortunate event that your Land Rover breaks down, contact us and we'll promptly arrange for one of our trusted local recovery specialists to collect your vehicle and deliver it to our workshop for us to examine and quote for repair. Towing fees apply, charged by the recovery company.

We operate by appointment only due to our busy schedule. Please phone ahead to book service or repairs before attempting to drop off your vehicle.
